Bees play a big role in agriculture, environment and food security. It is in solidarity for commemorating World Bee Day on 20 May that The Youth Consortium calls on all stakeholders and industry players to “Bee engaged – Build Back Better for Bees”.

In discussing food security, this webinar refers to pollinators and without pollination, humans and wildlife would not have much to eat. The Youth Consortium’s upcoming webinar on “Bee Farming and Food Security in Africa: towards a resilient food system and sustainable livelihood” will take place on 19 May 2022 at 11am UTC via Zoom.

Take part to learn, discuss and interact with key stakeholders, including SEI Africa Programme Leader for Natural Resources and Ecosystems Anderson Kehbila.
