Henry Nerious Dieto

Henry Nerious Dieto is the Communications Specialist at SEI Africa. He develops and executes SEI Africa’s communications strategies and roadmaps to raise the profile of the centre among its stakeholders in Africa and internationally.

Henry is a specialist in Development Communication and has over 10 years of experience gained from working in impact projects across Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked in Kenya, Nigeria and Somalia in programs on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems, Climate Action, Global Health and Policy, Poverty Alleviation, Entrepreneurship Development, as well as Development-Peace Nexus.

He is passionate about using his skills in communication to solve pressing challenges in the society by influencing opinion and policy, and changing social behaviours.

Henry holds a master’s degree in Development Communication from Daystar University, a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from Moi University, and a diploma in Journalism (Print Media) from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC) where he emerged the best graduating student in 2015.
