Our team works with decision-makers and strategic partners to advance solutions that transform the management of complex water systems, promoting equitable, sustainable and resilient access to water, as well as the protection and restoration of coastal and marine ecosystems.
We support the definition of strategies and action pathways in contexts of high complexity and climate uncertainty, developing and applying our own analytical tools to assess scenarios, identify risks and guide decisions in the short, medium and long term. This includes water planning, watershed management, water security and climate change adaptation strategies.
Our approach combines technical robustness with participatory processes, integrating scientific evidence with local knowledge and institutional experience. We co-create solutions with communities, the public sector and the private sector, designing inclusive strategies that strengthen water governance, reduce conflicts and promote fairer access to resources.
We also extend this work to coastal and marine systems, strengthening the resilience of communities and ecosystems in the face of pressures such as climate change and environmental degradation. This includes nature-based solutions, ecosystem restoration and capacity-building for integrated coastal management.
